Although we have many models ready to choose from, they may not be the right fit for your land or lot. Consider having us design your home for you, or pricing construction of plans you may already have. Whether you own rural land or an urban lot, we can guide you through the process from start to finish.

Our team is always ready to consult with you to explain the process, assess your land or lot, and discuss your ideas and vision for your new home. We’ll determine what services are available at your lot and advise on approximate costs to facilitate any that are not yet there.

We can even design and build a custom home for you in one of our subdivisions if you prefer urban living!

Some things to consider:

  1. On rural properties, services may not be at or near the location where the house is to be built.
  2. Rural properties may also require wells and septic systems. For septic systems, many municipalities require engineered design work.
  3. Soil conditions and natural grading of your land will impact design and cost.
  4. Big setbacks from roadways will impact your driveway costs significantly.
  5. On all lots, there are generally rules that will impact the size and design of your custom home.
